This animated heart is available to everyone (I think). Just log in and it should be in your suite. It won't be in a bag or anything and the gift sign won't come up either. You have to check the main room of your suite and to the right of your wardrobe it should be there. Just comment if it is not available in your country.

Note; I noticed some comments on posts by our other free writers. I was on break for about a month or two, but I intend to gradually come back to writing on USD. January and December are always the busiest months, and we're just leaving the season. Everybody on USD is trying very hard to keep up with Stardoll. Stardoll doesn't put many contests or campaigns out there anymore, so chances are every time I check a proxy for a new campaign, there won't be one that offers a free item. Please understand. :] Thanks!
